North Braddock Borough is governed by the rules & regulations under the Borough Code in Pennsylvania. The Borough Code outlines the role of the borough government under the laws of Pennsylvania. North Braddock Borough government is organized in the following format.
BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Borough has nine members of Council elected in (3) wards with (3) members per ward. All Council members serve a four-year term in office. The Council is a legislative body setting policies for the borough through ordinances and resolutions.
MAYOR
Cletus Lee - Term Ends December 2029
The Mayor is elected to a four-year term and has the powers and duties as indicated in the Borough Code of Pennsylvania.
BOROUGH MANAGER - Cory Ruff
ASSISTANT MANAGER - TBA
The Borough Manager is appointed by Borough Council. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the Borough. Duties include supervision of the various departments, budget, financial matters, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, pension administrations, Federal and State mandated reporting, insurance matters, labor relations, etc.
